Clint Nagata is the Founder and Creative Partner of BLINK Design Group, a global design studio with studios in Bangkok, Singapore, Dubai and London. With nearly two decades of practice, Clint has established himself as one of luxury hospitality design’s most distinctive voices — guided by a philosophy he calls Designing Legacies: creating spaces that feel inevitable, rooted in cultural authenticity and timeless purpose.

Born and raised in Hawaii to a Japanese-American family, Clint’s early sense of design was shaped by travel, culture and a deep reverence for place. After thirteen years at WATG — where he became the firm’s youngest partner — he founded BLINK in Bangkok in 2006, drawn by a fascination with Asian design vernacular.
Today, BLINK’s portfolio spans award-winning resorts, branded residences and destination spas across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, for brands including Six Senses, Mandarin Oriental, One&Only, Park Hyatt and Banyan Tree.

Clint has been named to the Commercial Interior Design Power 50 list in both 2023 and 2024 and has served on the judging panel for the AHEAD Asia Awards. He brings to the jury a global perspective, a rigorous eye and a lifelong commitment to design that endures.
