Best in Social Impact Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Social Impact Design that recognise and raise awareness of design initiatives that positively impact social causes and contribute to the betterment of the community's overall welfare are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Exhibition Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Exhibition Design (Museum Design, Expo Pavilions, Art Galleries, Exhibition Stands, Tradeshow Booths, Roadshow Designs, Installation Art Displays, Stage-set Designs, Residential Sales Gallery, Integrated Development Gallery, Showflat Integration Gallery or equivalent) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in F&B Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of F&B Design (Cafes, Coffee shops, Teahouses, Dessert shops, Pastry shops, Bakery cafes, Bars, Lounges, Specialty beverage concepts, and other casual dining, Social beverage spaces, Family Restaurants, Fine Dining Restaurants, Thematic Restaurants, Food Kiosks, Pop-up Stalls, Mobile Stalls, Take-away Counters, Food Centres, Food Courts, Hawker Centres, or Eateries with multiple dining options) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Healthcare Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Healthcare Design (Administrative area, outpatient facilities, patient care, diagnostic and treatment areas, therapy areas within an establishment such as Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Centres, Dental Clinics, Long-Term Care Centres, Rehabilitation Centres, Nursing Homes/ Elderly Care Facilities, Community Health Centres or Wellness & Preventive Care Centres) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Hospitality Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Hospitality Design (Lobbies, Lounges, Function Rooms, Fitness Clubs, Spas, Standard, Deluxe, Twin, Suites Rooms, Chalets or Villas within an establishment such as Hotels, Resorts, Country Clubs or Boutique Hotels) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Public Space Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Public Space Design (Playgrounds, Theme Parks, Cinemas, Theatres, Amphitheatres, Fitness Clubs/ Gyms, Sports Halls/ Stadiums, Clubs/ Karaoke Lounges, Schools, Libraries, Makerspaces, Public Squares, Religious Spaces, Parks, Rail Stations, Airports, Ferry/ Bus Terminals, or Rest Stops) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Residential Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Residential Design (Show flats/ Show Units of a property development or Government Flats, Multi-generation Flats, Studio Apartments, Private Condominiums, Penthouses, Mansionette, Terraces, Bungalows, or Landed Houses) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Retail Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Retail Design (Communal/ Social Spaces with Non-retail Component of a Mall, Departmental Stores, Flagship Stores, Pop-up Stores, Retail Kiosks/ Stores selling products i.e. fashion, jewelry, watches, handbags, shoes, salons, wellness, electronics, telecommunications, sports and lifestyle) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
Best in Workspace Design
  1. Only conceptual un-built projects of Workspace Design (Office Spaces, Co-working Spaces, SOHO, Warehouses or Workshop Spaces) are eligible for submission under this category.
  2. Project must have been completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
  3. Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
  4. Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
  5. Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.
