- Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
- Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.

Best in Exhibition Design
a. Developer Sales Gallery
- Only completed built Exhibition Design projects of Developer Sales Gallery that were built for more than six (6) months showcase duration (Residential Sales Gallery, Integrated Development Gallery, Showflat Integration Gallery or equivalent) are eligible for submission under this category.
- Project must have been completed and built between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
- Submit a concept write-up of 150–200 words in English describing the submitted project.
- Submit at least one (1) layout plan of the submitted project in PDF format.
- Submit a minimum of five (5) images of the submitted project in JPG or PNG format (1920 × 1080 pixels), in landscape orientation.

- Project must have been completed and built between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026.
