President of Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID)

Norshafina Ibrahim is the CEO of Skala Design Consult Sdn Bhd and the President of the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID). With over 20 years of experience, she has led numerous high-impact interior design projects across Malaysia and beyond, specializing in public spaces, institutional buildings, and transport infrastructure.

She co-founded Skala Design in 2003 at the age of 25, and under her leadership, the firm has grown into one of Malaysia’s leading interior design consultancies. Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminals 1 & 2, the Malaysian Parliament House, the National Palace, and various high-level government and corporate offices.

Known for her strategic thinking and design sensibility, Norshafina’s work has earned multiple accolades, including the REKA Awards, International Property Awards, and the Kuala Lumpur Mayor’s Award.
