Susanna Swee is Executive Director and Regional Lead, Healthcare & Sciences (Asia) at SJ Group, with over 35 years of architectural and interior design experience across Asia. She has led major, complex projects spanning healthcare, senior care, mixed-use and commercial developments, including Singapore Changi Integrated Building and Medical Centre, SGH Outram Community Hospital, NUH Oral Centre.

Susanna spent 17 years in Shanghai as Managing Principal, Greater China at B+H, a member of the SJ Group, where she drove regional growth and delivered large-scale corporate workplace projects for Tech clients including Alibaba, Huawei, OPPO, Bytedance and TenCent. Her cross-market experience enables her to navigate diverse client needs while shaping impactful, user-focused design solutions.

A Registered Architect (QP) with the Board of Architects Singapore and a member of RIBA, Susanna combines strong design expertise with MBA-trained business acumen. She is also Chair of SJ’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Council (Singapore Chapter), championing gender equity, mentoring women architects, and speaking at industry platforms. She brings a strategic, multidisciplinary perspective to the SIDA 2026 jury, advocating for thoughtful, people-centered design. Her leadership extends to fostering collaboration across disciplines, building client relationships, and driving innovation that improves healthcare environments and community outcomes across the region.
